Last nite, all eyes were on NYC! Marking the 8th year anniversary since the terrorist attacks, Jay Z performed to a sold out crowd. The Best Rapper Alive really 'put on' for his city with the "Answer the Call" concert, which paid tribute to the police officers and firefighters who died responding to the Sept. 11 terrorist attacks.
