In the "BREAKING NEWS" post, it was reported that 50 collapsed at his Manhattan offices after, get this, he listened to Fat Joe's upcoming album, J.O.S.E. 2.
The fake report continued saying an ambulance was called, and when it arrived, he had regained consciousness, but was still rushed to Mt. Sinai hospital at 4:26 p.m., as he suffered from blurred vision and a severe migraine.
It continued saying doctors' diagnosis concluded that he suffered "some damage to his auditory cortex" -- the "region of the brain that is responsible for processing sound."
The story was followed by a download link to Fat Joe's full album (Here)before it's release with the message: "THIS SUCKS!!! DOWNLOAD AT YOUR OWN RISK."
Since then, Fat Joe has responded to the diss by 50 Cent.
The terror Squad leader posted on his Twitter:
Writing via Twitter, the Terror Squad leader said his music's overall quality made Fif "sick."
"Tell 50 to get off my D*CK already. He was sick that my album is SO HOT that real music not that wack sh*t him and his clowns are making!!"
