Details Leak About Jay Z's 40th Birthday Party

Last week, it was reported that Jay Z would have hos 40th Birthday Party over in the Domincan Republic. Before anybody could get off the plane good, Beyonce was already spotted out swimming.

The party was supposed to be a BIG secret, but you know, can't nobody hold water. Well, except me of course...am I kidding?

Here's the details:

The party was a lavish intimate bash with an A-List celeb filled guest list–that went down Friday night. Beyonce arranged every detail of the party at Campo de Casa. The dinner party Friday night was elegant and everyone was asked to wear 1920’s or 1940’s era frocks. Beyonce asked Jay’s friends to shoot a video that was played at dinner telling Jay how they felt about him. We’re told Kevin Liles shot his mushy BFF speech weeks before the bash back in the states.

After dinner there were synchronized swimmers and fireworks. Then the party REALLY started with Jay was dancing the whole night…and Diddy in his usual place on the mic the whole night.

The guest list was packed with Mr. Carter’s close friends and family: Diddy & Kim Porter, Alicia Keys & Swizz Beatz, Kanye & Amber Rose, Solange, Lyor Cohen & Tory Burch, Alex Rodriguez & Kate Hudson, Steve Stoute, Micheal Kyser, Dream Hampton, Rich Kleinman, John Menilly, Ty Ty, Jay Brown, and Chaka and Carline. Tiger Woods Wife Moves Out Of House

This Tiger Woods scandal is like a circus. It's always some more drama unfolding with this case and...you just dont know what is going to happen next!

Well, late today Radaroline reported that Tiger Woods' wife Elin Nordegren has reportedly moved out of their Windermere mansion. This comes hours after an alleged 7th sidepeice, which happens to be porn star, Holly Sampson.

According to RadarOnline, Elin is living near their $2.6 million home in another house, neighbors and 'other sources close to Tiger'.


Sounds like to me that Elin is going for that $300million that was in her prenup if she left the marriage.

DJ Drama Ends Drama With Young Jeezy & Gucci Mane

Last night, the ATL took its first step to taking over Hip Hop again.

During his radio show on ATL's Hot 107.9, Jeezy expressed how he felt about DJ Drama.

"You know nobody can ever change this history we made, we made classics. And besides that, we opened up a lane for a lot of these young cats to come into the game. I seen more trappin' in in the industry now than I ever seen. I know we had a lot to do with this...I just want everyone to know, just by me and you sitting here talking, that's what men do. Now it's back to the money, it's back to the business. I aint gonna lie, I was caught up in my feelings."

Drama shared his thoughts on the situation.

"On my end its like even through everything, we weren't speaking a lot, there was stuff in there. Then I realized we can agree to disagree. We are letting you know it's bigger than us. We do what we do for yall. We are about to get so much more money, we are about to make so many more outlets for revenue for the city, for everybody to eat."

SOHH reports that during the interview, Drama suprised Jeezy with an unexpected call from incarcerated rapper Gucci Mane.

"That's what it is homie," Jeezy said to Gucci, accepting the peace calling. "What's understood ain't gotta be said, man. We gonna do this for the city, so you keep your head up. Me and Dram gonna hold it down, bruh and that's what it is. 100. That's what it is homie -- that's what it is man, it's back to business man. Back to the money, back to the music. Soulja Boy's tatts (are you kidding me) came under fire after last night's show where Chris Brown brought him on stage. Appearantly, Soulja Boy got on stage, took his shirt off and there were no tatts!

Pleasure P Speaks On Molestation Accusations

Via his website, Pleasure P has issued a statement regarding the child molestation accusations:

“All of the recent rumors and accusations that are being circulated about me are 100% false. They are disgusting and vile; and they are being spread by individuals with their own sick agendas. The purported documents that are also being circulated are forgeries. I have never met or known anyone by the name of “AGoldstein” or Laura Goldstein or Ashley Goldstein, which I believe are fictitious names. I have never been represented by an attorney named Goldstein. For someone to go to such depths to assassinate my character and slander my good name is truly criminal. My attorneys are investigating this matter and will take all necessary and appropriate action to protect my name and reputation.”

This whole situation stills sounds fishy!

Leader of Pretty Ricky, Diamond Blue, tweeted "Pleasure P's lawyers had the documents sealed. Bluestar (label) supported Pretty Ricky kicking him out the group."

As more updates come in, I will keep you updated! You know what they say, what happens in the dark, comes to light. Where is this lawyer that supposedly represented him? Can he speak?

Dixon 'Regrets' Putting City Through Trial

Today at 3pm, Baltimore's Mayor, Sheila Dixon held a press conference since being found guilty by a jury on Tuesday of one count of fraudulent misappropriation by a fiduciary -- a misdemeanor embezzlement charge -- for using gift cards for herself that were meant to go to needy city children.(WBAL TV)

“I am reflecting on the trial’s outcome, talking with advisors, and reviewing my options. I understand that the trial has engendered a range of strong feelings among citizens who, like me, love Baltimore City. I deeply regret that the citizens of Baltimore have had to go through this ordeal with me.

While I recognize that the issues before me go beyond the courtroom, my attorneys have advised me to limit my comments while the legal process continues.

In the meantime, my administration and I will continue to do the people’s business without interruption, and we will continue to act in the best interests of the City.”

From my Urban Informants that were there, they said Lil Kim gave a HELL of a show!

Pleasure P A Child Molester???

The daughter of Pleasure P's former Lawyer, Laura Goldstein, dropped a BOMB recently! Reportedly, her father represented Pleasure P aka Marcus Cooper, a few years ago in a child molestation case. According to Goldstein, Pleasure molested several kids, while apart of the group Pretty Ricky, but their label paid to have the case sealed.

So why are we hearing about this now, Pleasure P owes his former lawyer.

“My dad was being paid to cover it up but they owe my dad a lot of money and don’t want to pay him. I first overheard my dad say that it was someone famous but I found out who he was talking about. This guy Pleasure P got kicked out of a group bc he was hiding that he was a child molester. His managers or whatever hired my dad to keep it quiet so he could get a record deal. The guy Pleasure P molested a 4 yr old child and was about to molest another one when police came and saved the child. Now, the truth is out they’re threatening my family and telling my dad he’s going to get sued. But they can’t because its a crime.”

Pretty Ricky was questioned about the child molestation case:

“Unfortunately due to Pleasure P’s lawyer filing an injunction against us from speaking, we are not at liberty to speak about the case.” How ever we will let it be known that we did kick him out of the group, he did not leave on is own free will. We did a deal with Atlantic via Craig Calman that we would let him out of the group if they bought out his contract with us and Blue Star which is the official label of Pretty Ricki. We are not at liberty to discuss why we kicked him out of the group.

Some who is "close" to the situation emailed Necole Bitchie and gave details:

Here’s what happened: When he was 16 going on 17, he was left alone with his niece and nephew with whom he touched and penetrated with fingers on several occasions. His aunt noticed his niece complaining of her genital area hurting, when asked what happened she replied “Uncle Marcus keeps touching me and he hurt me”. Of course Marcus (Pleasure P) denied the allegations but the doctor found signs that she had vaginal damage and tearing. Charges were then pursued by the State of Florida.

The incident happened in 2004 going into 2005. He served like 8 months, rehab and community service by time the trial came up. Marcus accepted a plea with the State of Florida and Joseph Smith who is the care giver of the niece and nephew which Marcus “Pleasure P” Cooper molested. These are not the only papers filed against him. These are the first of 3. As part of the plea agreement Marcus plead guilty and paid an “undisclosed amount” to remain free and have the records “sealed” and on the family level for them to remain quiet and not to speak publicly about it. The “sealed document” means nothing other than “we won’t tell anyone it’s here..but if they find it they can have it” basically.

Thanks to Laura, she can basically kiss her daddy's career bye-bye! He probably can be disbarred for this!

If this story is indeed true, the most sickening thing about this is that the label would pay to have it covered up! As any other child molestors have to register, he should have to register as well.

After 7 days of deliberation, Mayor Sheila Dixon has been found GUILTY on the 4th Count (Misappropriation of Gift Card Use from Baltimore Developer Patrick Turner); She was acquitted of the most serious theft charge.

With this charge, Mayor Dixon could face jail time, loose her city penison, and fined!

Chris Brown's 'Famous Girl'

My boy Sam over there at That Grape Juice previewed Chris Brown's new album Graffiti on his website. The album drops in the U.S. on the 8th of December!

After checking out the preview, 'Famous Girl', stuck out to me like a sore thumb!

It is the lyrically explosive ‘Famous Girl’, however, that is undeniably the album’s centre-piece and will have MANY tongues wagging. The song’s sparse production allows for the illumination of its lyrical content – which is explicitly aimed at a certain Rihanna (yes you read right, and will want to read on!) The reflective mid-tempo sees Brown acknowledge his fault in the relationship breaking down, however there are quite shocking revelations levelled up against his one-time love. Lyrics include:

“Drake would say you’re the best he ever had…everywhere we go, rumours follow…yet I still love you” // “should have known you’d break my heart” // “…you were the first to play the game…though I was wrong for cheating in the beginning ” // “I was wrong for writing Disturbia”.

My boy Chris is hurting for real! I can't wait to hear what he has to say ABC’s 20/20on December 11th. While Brown has been vague about the incident in past sit-downs, ABC is billing this as an in-depth interview.
