Jay-Z: “I Believe In God, But Not Christians or Muslims”

Jay-Z went on Hot 97’s Angie Martinez radio show to officially address rumors that he is a member of the super-secret Illuminati, and a “devil worshiper.”

He definitely did tackle the rumors head on, instead of dancing around the issues like these celebrities so often do. He also spoke candidly about his views on other religions (which he doesn’t believe in). Check out his interesting perspective below:

“I don’t know where it started. I don’t know where it came from. I really think it’s really silly. For the record, I of course believe in God, but I believe in one God. If people must know my religious beliefs, I believe in one God. I don’t believe in religion. I don’t believe in Christians or Muslims. I think all that separates people. I think it’s one God. I think it’s all the same God, and I don’t believe in Hell. But as far as God, of course I believe in God. Am I a part of some sect or cult? That sounds stupid to me. It’s like ignorant to even say, and umm… I guess that’ll be the last time I address that. It’s ignorant to me. I can’t even get in a golf club in Palm Springs. I’m from Marcy Projects. Just think about that? People that control the world?
Do you believe that those sort of organizations exist?

I think there are cliques of friends that control things. I don’t if there is a devil worshipping sect. That’s a little Tom hanks. I believe there are cliques of people that control the world…but that’s just natural process. I’m sure Obama has his people and everything is good but as far as how far people are taking it…
So you don’t intentionally do this to put people in a frenzy?

I’m an entertainer at the end of the day. Maybe I’ll push your buttons but you know…
What do you think? Is Jigga really down with the devil?

For the rest of the interview and the audio, go to Rap Radar.

In my opinion, I believe that Ange that Jay off to easily! I think she should have asked him about the different symbols that were in the video.

DJ Drama Ends Drama With Young Jeezy & Gucci Mane

Last night, the ATL took its first step to taking over Hip Hop again.

During his radio show on ATL's Hot 107.9, Jeezy expressed how he felt about DJ Drama.

"You know nobody can ever change this history we made, we made classics. And besides that, we opened up a lane for a lot of these young cats to come into the game. I seen more trappin' in in the industry now than I ever seen. I know we had a lot to do with this...I just want everyone to know, just by me and you sitting here talking, that's what men do. Now it's back to the money, it's back to the business. I aint gonna lie, I was caught up in my feelings."

Drama shared his thoughts on the situation.

"On my end its like even through everything, we weren't speaking a lot, there was stuff in there. Then I realized we can agree to disagree. We are letting you know it's bigger than us. We do what we do for yall. We are about to get so much more money, we are about to make so many more outlets for revenue for the city, for everybody to eat."

SOHH reports that during the interview, Drama suprised Jeezy with an unexpected call from incarcerated rapper Gucci Mane.

"That's what it is homie," Jeezy said to Gucci, accepting the peace calling. "What's understood ain't gotta be said, man. We gonna do this for the city, so you keep your head up. Me and Dram gonna hold it down, bruh and that's what it is. 100. That's what it is homie -- that's what it is man, it's back to business man. Back to the money, back to the music. Back to the streets. We're back for the city man. Believe that. We got more work to do -- by the way, you snuck me with that phone call homie, for real."

Young Jeezy Spills Details On New Album

Being an inspiration from my hood to your hood, Young Jeezy is getting geared up for Thug Motivation 103.

Jeezy plans to pick up where he left off last summer.

Watch:

No date as to when the new album will drop. I'm thinking after he wraps up The Young Money Presents: America's Most Wanted Music Festival with Wayne, Drake, Soulja Boy, and Jeremih.

Jeezy recently made headlines after releasing "24, 23" which went at Gucci Mane and OJ Da Juiceman.

"They say the club is off the chain," Jeezy raps in the song. "I'm on some Louie sh*t today then some Gucci Mane. This n*gga still on my d*ck, they like some groupies, man. Can't keep they lips closed, they worse than coochie man. And that fruity lookin' stupid like some Coogi man. Let you trick me off these streets, you must be stupid man...Tell him this ain't what he want, not to bust no, but between me and you, I think the boy slow....They say the club is off the chain, straight shots to the heads, them some Juice Man...Ask the real n*ggas in the city who got the juice man. This n*gga talkin' about the work but what he do man. Y'all know these n*ggas really clowns and I'm the truth man."

New Video: Ciara feat. Young Jeezy-Never Ever

I was hoping since Cici's last record, Go Girl, didn't do that good, the next one would put her career back on the escalator. When the label sent me her new record, Never Ever, I knew the escalator was going the opposite way. Now, If I am wrong and the song becomes a HIT, I will be the first to apologize.

Anyhoo, check out the video for Never Ever: Peep This!

Also, another track has leaked from the album, Fantasy Ride. It's called 'Turntable' and it features Chris Brown..This record right here, I am NOT sold on either.

Hear: Turntable

Neyo's A Peepin' Tom?

Ne-Yo recently purchased a home right next door to Jeezy in an exclusive gated community in Atlanta. That isn't unusual. Celebrity's homes are often clustered together in the same neighborhood. But Ne-Yo shocked everyone by telling an interviewer that he often spots Jeezy walking naked around his crib. The brazen brotha even picked up the phone to call Jeezy and let him know he's watching his hot bod. Ne-Yo told People magazine, "Just chillin' one day, I was like, 'Is that... Jeezy? "I hit him up: 'Yo, you probably shouldn't walk around naked - I can see you."

Since then, Neyo has clapped back via his Myspace page, and this is what he blogged about: One rule of being a gentleman is to keep your cool and composure at all cost, but right about now I gotta loosen up this tie and take off this expensive suit jacket and talk to the people for a minute. The haters especially.

Pardon my french, but what the fuck is wrong with y'all!?! Are you so desperate for an R&B bad guy that you gotta find a way to create one in me??

Okay, the comment about light skinned babies.......an obvious joke, maybe not a good joke, but clearly a joke. Y'all REALLY took that serious!?!

I understand that a hater's job is to hate, clearly. But it's when people start feeding in to what a hater is saying that something must be addressed.

The whole gay thing. For goodness sake it's been 4 years!!!! Y'all still on that huh? The whole "boys" song, and the song "go over there". See this is what happens when people steal. These songs were clearly written for women. Had you been patient, you would have heard them the way they were supposed to be heard, with the voice of the intended artist on em'. But noooo, someone gets a hold of these demos and suddenly everybody forgets that I write songs for women. Riiight.

I tell People Magazine that Young Jeezy's crib is right next to mine and that once I saw him in there from across the way. I then make a JOKE about him maybe not wanting to walk around naked in his crib with the shades up cause the buildings are THAT close to each other, and that AIN'T something I care to see. Suddenly, everybody thinks I said I saw Young Jeezy in his crib naked when, NEVER ONCE did I say anything like that.

I mean come on people. Is this really what you're gonna spend time on??
Will you not be satisfied until I truly become this asshole you so desperately want me to look like??

Here's my stand on the whole thing:

I'm NOT gay, I'm NOT prejudice to anyone, I DID NOT get stomped out by Jim Jones or anyone else, I'm NOT engaged, I'M NOT STUPID. And to anyone that INSISTS on thinking that any of these things are true......FUCK YOU. To the haters....find some new material please!!! It's 2009, our president is black!!! Time for change. To everyone else......I love you to death, thanx for all your support. WE PLATINUM ROUND HERE!!!!!Much love, and see you at the grammy's. Check the suit.....it's gonna be TROUBLE!!!

Young Jeezy Keeps That White Girl?

Young Jeezy may be in a bit of trouble.

On Thursday (June 12), a witness who testified in the federal cocaine-conspiracy case against alleged Black Mafia Family associate, Fleming "Ill" Daniels, implicated the rapper, claiming he received kilos of cocaine from criminal organization BMF.

According to Creative Loafing Atlanta, Jeezy (real name: Jay Jenkins) has not been charged with a crime in relation to the allegation, and when asked whether there is an open investigation into the claims, Justice Department spokesman Patrick Crosby said he had no comment.

The allegations were brought forth by BMF member named Ralph "Ralphie" Simms in U.S. District Court in Atlanta as a part of a plea bargain in hopes of a lighter sentence.
He testified that his duties included unloading massive kilos of cocaine at BMF's stash houses. Simms said that he'd unload as many as 100 kilos at a time inside the basement of one stash house they called "Space Mountain," a mansion located in Buckhead, a community within the city of Atlanta.

One incident, in 2004, Simms said he was ordered by high-ranking BMF members Chad "J-Bo" Brown and Martez "Tito" Byrth to set aside multi-kilo cocaine "shipments" for two customers. When asked who those customers were Jeezy was named.

The rapper's name had come up previously in the case, but only in relation to his well-publicized friendship with BMF's Atlanta-based leader, Demetrius "Big Meech" Flenory.
