BET 2009 Recap


If I had to give a grade for the 2009 BET Awards, I would give them a C+/B- ! It wasn't the BEST I've seen BET do, but it wasn't the worst. They received the low grade for the fact that Chris Brown was NOT at the performance. WE can thank Ms. Debra Lee for that! Anyhoo, lets look back at last night's performances and "tributes"...
