If Suge Knight was as bad as he was rumored to have been during his stint as the head of Death Row Records, it seems as though karma has caught up with him.For the second time in nine months, Knight took a beating. This time, at the hands of a man within singer Akon's camp.
According to TMZ.com, the incident took place during a private party thrown by 944 Magazine held at the W Hotel in Scottsdale, Arizona, where members of Knight's and Akon's camps collided in the VIP area.Cops were called in, and when they arrived they witness Robert Carnes Jr. punching Knight in the head twice. They responded by using their tasers to break up the squabble.
Carnes Jr. was charged with one count of felony aggravated assault, due to the "severity of the victim's injuries."
Another man was also arrested and charged with one count of misdemeanor disorderly conduct.
Suge was carted away to a local hospital and treated for facial injuries. TMZ has since reported that Knight had suffered several fractured bones in the face as a result of the incident.In May 2008, the fallen music mogul was knocked unconscious outside a Los Angeles nightclub, following an argument that escalated.
