In her first public appearance since the October slayings in Chicago of her mother, brother and 7-year-old nephew, singer/actress Jennifer Hudson flat out "sang" the national anthem before a massive worldwide television audience Sunday night.
Now, folks wants to dog J-Hud out for her flawless rendition. She did so at the request of the pre-game show producer Rickey Minor. Minor told The Associated Press that he insisted Hudson and Faith Hill, who sang "America the Beautiful" before the anthem, use the tracks the National Football League requires them to submit a week before the game.
