While on Lil Wayne’s I Am Music tour in Universal City, CA which features Keri Hilson, Gym Class Heroes, Gorilla Zoe and T-Pain, singer Keri Hilson performed her song “Turnin’ Me On” along with rapper Lil Wayne. Later in the performance, the sexy Keri Hilson spoke to the crowd about how Lil Wayne was turning her on as she began to flirt with Weezy and started to play around or should we say ‘foreplay’ around on stage.“Ladies, I don’t know about ya’ll but he’s definitely turning me on right now…,” Keri Hilson stated in a flirtatious manner.

Andre 3000 Arrested!

Andre 3000 spent some time behind bars this weekend.

The ATL rapper was arrested over the weekend after Georgia police clocked him going almost 109 miles per hour in his 2007 Porsche Carrera. The rapper, born Andre Benjamin, was arrested on a stretch of Atlanta's I-75 where the speed limit is 65. A spokesman for the police said that Andre was traveling so fast that he was "an accident waiting to happen." Andre was arrested for the danger he posed to other drivers, and subsequently released after posting an unspecified bond. He's due in court to face charges on April 29th.

Incarcerated NFL star Michael Vick is looking to make some quick cash by writing a book that would likely detail his road from poverty to becoming the highest-paid quarterback in the NFL.
According to the New York Daily News, the former Atlanta Falcons player – currently serving 23 months for financing a dog-fighting ring – reportedly has literary agent Scott Waxman shopping a proposal for a memoir. Needless to say, the idea doesn't sit well with the folks at People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals.

T-PAIN IN SERIOUS GOLF-CART ACCIDENT

T-Pain has been hurt after a golf-cart accident in Texas.

Sources tell Rap-Up.com that the 23-year-old singer, born Faheem Najm, was in an accident involving his golf cart earlier this week in San Antonio. T-Pain reportedly lost four teeth and received abrasions and bruises to his face. He will have to undergo surgery.

As a result, he was a no-show on the I Am Music tour with Lil Wayne in San Jose, Calif., on Friday night. He will also miss his Los Angeles show on Sunday.

The “Can’t Believe It” hitmaker was subsequently forced to cancel his appearance in Lil’ Kim’s “Download” video, which was filmed Saturday in West Hollywood. He will be added to the video once he recovers.

Interestingly enough, there was a no-media rule enforced, meaning there will not be any professional pics from the show. Some reviewers are saying the fact such a small, remote town was used as the opening city was for no other reason than to do a 'paid dress rehearsal' of the show which is set to roll into big cities such as London, Paris and US territories later this Spring / Summer. T.I. Sentenced To One Year In Jail

A judge has sentenced Rapper T.I. to one year and a day behind bars on federal weapons charges.

The 28-year-old rapper, whose real name is Clifford Harris, was sentenced Friday.

He will have between 30 and 60 days to report to prison. He already has completed about 1,000 hours of community service and has warned youths about the pitfalls of guns, drugs, violence. He will need to complete 470 more hours.

Harris pleaded guilty last March after he was arrested in 2007, attempting to buy unregistered machine guns and silencers. The arrest happened blocks away from where he was to headline the BET Hip-Hop Awards in Atlanta hours later.

On a promotional stop for her current stint on Dancing With The Stars, Lil' Kim stopped by the Big Boy's Neighborhood radio show this week. During the show, Kim addressed her displeasure with the recent B.I.G biopic 'Notorious'. While Kim's disapproval of her portrayal in the movie has been well-documented, this is the first time she spoke on camera about the issue. Let's just say, she didn't hold back.

Beyonce A Game Geek!

Beyonce -- who recently shot a commercial for the video game Rhythm Heaven -- admits to being a gamer herself. She tells Entertainment Weekly, "I like all the Wii games. Love Guitar Hero. Growing up, I liked Tetris. I even like Brick-Breaker on the BlackBerry." And she "definitely" wouldn't mind seeing a Beyonce-inspired version of Guitar Hero. "I've actually played some karaoke games with the old Destiny's Child songs. It's so funny, because I don't get great scores. I'm like, 'How is that possible?'"

Beyonce says the first game system she ever had was "a Nintendo. I would play Super Mario Brothers. We weren't supposed to play it after 9 o'clock, and I would sneak and play all night. I loved it."

Beyonce's I Am world tour kicks off March 26th in Canada, with the American leg getting going later this spring.

Bobby V Taunting Chris Brown?

Bobby Valentino -- who was rumored to be disgruntled that Chris Brown overshadowed his career -- is having fun with Brown's troubles with Rihanna. During a recent visit to the Live in the Den With Big Tigger radio show, Bobby taunted, "All I can say is Rihanna, Bobby V. is single and loves to mingle. So holla at your [boy]. I'll treat you right girl." Bobby, who claims he heard Rihanna was "a Bobby V. fan," goes on to say a duet "would be a great start. She could play the flute."

In other Chris news, He will not be enrolling at Norfolk State University as the rumor mill stated yesterday. While the singer was on the school's Norfolk campus this weekend, T-M-Z-dot-com reports that he was only there to "support" his cousin, who is a prospective student.

Weezy's 'Rebirth' Will See The Light Of Day

After initial reports that Lil Wayne's venture into rock music might be shelved, new reports have surfaced that the album may be slated for a summer release. Rebirth, Lil Wayne's tentatively titled seventh studio album will be released June 9, according to an article in Rap-Up. Initially slated for a May 19 release, Rebirth would've found itself going head to head with Eminem's highly anticipated Relapse and Busta Rhymes' forthcoming Back On My B.S. The June release date will also find Lil Wayne facing stiff competition at cash registers and computers. The Black Eyed Peas and rock band Sonic Youth will also release albums that day.

Tyler Perry has chosen R&B superstar and nine-time Grammy winner Mary J. Blige to co-star in his next film, "I Can Do Bad All By Myself," due in theaters on Sept. 11.

Blige joins cast member Taraji P. Henson, who was nominated for an Oscar this year. The singer will play a nightclub manager and singer who is good friends with Henson's character.

The Lionsgate film, adapted from Perry's stage play, is currently shooting at his Atlanta Studios. The venerable and money-making Madea will also make an appearance, says the Hollywood Reporter.

Brutal Details Outlined In Chris Brown's Alleged Assualt On Rihanna

From the detective's notes:

"Christopher B and Robyn F have been involved in a dating relations for approx 1 and half year. On Sunday Feb 8 at 25 hours Brown was driving a vehicle with Robyn F as the front passenger on an unknown street in Los Angeles. Robin F picked brown,s cellular phone and picked up a three-page text message from a woman Brown had had a previous relationship with.

"A verbal argument ensued and Brown pulled a vehicle over in an unknown street. Reach over Robyn F with his right hand and open the car door and attempted to force her out. Brown was unable to force Robyn F out of the vehicle because she was wearing a seat belt. When he could not force her to exit he took his right hand and shoved her head against the passenger window of the vehcile causing an approx 1 inch raised circular contusion.

"Robyn F turned to face Brown and punched her in the left eye with right hand. He then drove away in the vehicle and continued to punch her in the face with his right hand while steering the vehicle with his left hand. The assault caused Robyn F Osmouth to fill with blood and blood to splatter all over her clothing and the interior of the vehicle. Brown looked at Robyn F and stated "I am going to beat the s–t out of you when we get home! You wait and see!?

"Robyn F picked her cellular phone and called her personal assistant Jennifer Rosales. Rosales did not answer the telephone but while her vm greeting was playing Robyn F pretended to talk to her and stated "I am on my way home. Make sure the cops are there when I get there? (this statement was made while greeting was playing and was not captured) after Robyn f faked the call, Brown and looked at her and stated, 'You just did the stupidest thing ever! Now I really am going to kill you.'

"Brown resumed punching Robyn F and she interlocked her fingers behind her head and brought her elbows forward to protect her face. She then bent over at the waist placing her elbows and face near her lap and in attempt to protect her face and head from the barrage of punches being levied by Brown. Brown continued to punch Robyn F on her left arm and hands, causing her to suffer a contusion on her left triceps that was approx 2 inches in diameter and numerous contusions on her left hand. Robyn f attempted to send another text message to other personal assistant Melissa Ford. Brown snatched the cellular telephone out of her hand and threw it out of the window to an unknown street. Brown continued driving and Robyn F observed his cellular phone in his lap. She picked up the cellular phone with her left hand, and before she could make a call, he placed her in a head lock with right hand and continued to drive the vehicle with his left hand.

"Brown held Robyn F close to him and bit her on her left hear. She was able to feel the vehicle swerving from right to left as Brown sped away. He stopped the vehicle in front of [address] and Robyn F turned off the car removed the key from inignition and sat on it. Brown did not know what she did with the key and began punching her in the face and arms. Brown began applying pressure to Robyn F left and right carotid arteries causing her to be unable to breath. She began to lose consciousness. She reached up with her left hand and began to attempting to gauge his eyes in attempt to flee herself. Brown bit her left ring and middle fingers and released her. While brown continued to punch her she turned around a place her back to against the passenger door. She brought her knees to her chest and placed her feet against Brown,s body and began pushing him away.

"Brown continued to punch her on legs and feet causing several contusions. Robyn F began screaming for help. And Brown exited the vehicle and walked away. A resident in the neighbor heard Robyn F,s plea for help and called 911, causing a police response. An investigation was conducted and Robyn F was issued a domestic violence protective order (EPO). Affiant conducted an interview with Melissa Ford who advised on Feb. 8 2009 at 2500 hours she received a phone call from Robin F from an unknown telephone number later identified as the telephone number of Officer Chavez. Robin F had advised Ford that she had been assaulted by Brown. At approx at 1 am Brown called Ford as nothing happened. Ford advised Brown that she had already talked to Robin F and was aware of what happened. Ford had advised brown that the neighbors had called police and that they were with Robyn F. Brown had asked Ford if robin F had provided police with his name. And ford advised him that she had. Brown hung up the telephone and did not call back.

"On Feb. 8, Brown turned himself in and was given a copy of the EPO and advised to not contact Robyn.

"On Feb. 17 Ford advised the affiant that she had received text messages from … a number that Ford recognized as belonging to Brown. In the text message Brown apologized for what he had done to Robin F. and advised Ford he was going to get help."

CHRIS BROWN HAS BEEN CHARGED!!!

It's official — Chris Brown has finally been charged by the District attorney in the alleged Feb. 8 beating of girlfriend Rihanna.

In early court proceedings this morning, the D.A. filed two separate counts against the award-winning singer: Assault By Means Likely to Create Great Bodily Injury and Making Criminal Threats.

All morning long, throngs of media, curious onlookers and fans have waited anxiously outside the L.A. courthouse waiting for Chris to appear, but the singer ended up staying home for the early session.

However, OK! has confirmed that Chris will definitely put in an appearance later today, likely around 3pm PT.

It is also believed that the courtroom will be sealed off to the public and press at that time.

Last night, Chris didn't seem to be sweating it, as he spent most of the day and evening laying down tracks for an upcoming album at a Burbank recording studio with some buddies – in fact he was so dedicated to his craft, he stayed at the studio for 11 hours, ending at 5 a.m.

Paparazzi are scrambling at the opportunity to photograph Rihanna and Chris Brown together inorder to 'cash-in' on the photo worth now at least an estimated $100,000 dollars. According to reports, photo agencies on Monday, said that a photographer that gets the first photo of the celebrity couple could sell the photo of Chris Brown with his alleged assaulted girlfriend Rihanna for $100K or to the highest bidder, so long as they are both in the photo together. Reportedly the now infamous photo of the badly bruised and battered Rihanna was sold to celebrity gossip site TMZ for over $60,000. In previous news the two were supposedly both spotted recently entering the same jet plane in Miami and exiting the jet plane in L.A., but were photographed separately on both occasions. Meanwhile the paparazzi everywhere are arming themselves with the best of cameras, drinking extra coffee and energy shots so they don't slip at the opportunity to catch a photograph of the couple together.
