Young Jeezy Spills Details On New Album

Being an inspiration from my hood to your hood, Young Jeezy is getting geared up for Thug Motivation 103.

Jeezy plans to pick up where he left off last summer.

No date as to when the new album will drop. I'm thinking after he wraps up The Young Money Presents: America's Most Wanted Music Festival with Wayne, Drake, Soulja Boy, and Jeremih.

Jeezy recently made headlines after releasing "24, 23" which went at Gucci Mane and OJ Da Juiceman.

"They say the club is off the chain," Jeezy raps in the song. "I'm on some Louie sh*t today then some Gucci Mane. This n*gga still on my d*ck, they like some groupies, man. Jay Z Knocks 50 Cent Out...

I guess 50 Cent can hand over his rights to his song, I Get Money to Jay Z. For when it comes to the paper, Hov ranks in at number 1!

Jay-Z, Diddy, Kanye West and 50 Cent have landed atop Forbes' annual Hip-Hop Cash Kings List this year leading the pack ahead of rappers including Lil Wayne, Eminem and T.I.

Hova raked in a reported $35 million starting in June 2008, from touring and other business ventures. Although his earnings were down substantially from last year's $85 million, he still managed to edge out fellow mogul Sean "Diddy" Combs, who came in at No. 2, with $30 million. Third place went to Kanye West with a respectable $25 million, earned through profits from his '808's and Heartbreaks' album and 'Glow In The Dark' tour. 50 Cent landed at No. 4 with approximately $20 million, a steep drop from $100 million in 2007.

Lil Wayne Sued For Sleepiness!

I'm starting to think the courtroom is a 3rd home for Weezy. Every other day now, you hear about him being sued or getting into some legal trouble. Today is no exception!

Lil Wayne is being sued for nearly half-a-million dollars by a promoter who says the artist accepted advance money to perform at a concert, but never showed up.

Red City Entertainment claims it shelled out a total of $432,000 for a Sept. 27 appearance by the rapper in the Bahamas. When he didn't show for the performance, police went to his hotel and found him passed out, TMZ reported.

In the lawsuit filed Thursday, Red City claims it gave Wayne a $210,000 advance. The balance is for his hotel expenses and various costs involved in throwing the failed concert.

They found him passed out? I wonder what had him knocked out? Did they see any styro foam cups laying around? Maybe he was just sleepy!

Toya Defends Lil Wayne

We aren't over Young Money's performance at the BET Awards where Wayne had his daughter and some other young girls on stage during their set, yet? I mean, really? It was a bad call, lets move on. I thought when Drake apologized, it was over?

I guess not! Now, Wayne's first baby momma and co-star of reality show, Tiny & Toya (phuckery), Toya, is defending Wayne (good women, she wants to keep that Young Money checks coming in)!

Toya issued this statement:

"I Antonia ” Toya” Carter have been disturbed but silent about the recent performance that took place at the BET awards, which including my only child Reginae Carter and her friends joining her father Lil Wayne on stage while he performed his new single “Every Girl”. I will be the first to admit that the father and daughter relationship should not have been reunited on stage for any particular reason while this song was being performed. Wayne is a very loving, caring, and devoted father and I truly feel that the act was unintentional due to the fact that he was trying to make his little girl happy by letting her be on stage with her father. Once again, I do not of any degree think it was a wise decision and I truly do apologize to all that this may offended and most importantly the children that watched this performance. I feel we all have learned a lot from this situation and pray that the viewers will allow these children to move forward with their lives and not held accountable because they are innocent."

Police Rules McNair/Kazemi Death, Murder-Suicide

Twenty-year-old Sahel Kazemi shot Steve McNair while he was sleeping on the sofa in his Nashville condo, before shooting herself in the head, police said Wednesday. Kazemi shot McNair in the head, then fired twice into his chest before shooting him again in the head, police said.

Authorities said in the days leading up to the shooting, Kazemi told a friend her life was “messed up” and she wanted to end it. Kazemi also believed her relationship with McNair — a married father of four — was unraveling and that he was involved with another woman.

Talking to folks they were saying the way the murders popped off, it sounds like a ritual death (the two shots to the head, the chest). Maybe she thought this was a Romeo and Juliet situation (falling into his lap, well attempting too-FAIL)...maybe she thought they would be re-united in heaven....hell, i dont know what was going thru her mind.

Lil Kim & Faith Evans Almost Come To Blows?

It seems like there is still tension between the First Lady Faith Evans, and the Queen Bee Lil Kim.

It was almost round two between Faith Evans and Lil' Kim at Sean "Diddy" Combs' White Party in L-A last weekend. A source tells Bossip, "It was about to pop off... There was crazy screaming." Kim was apparently upset that Faith was being nice to her, which she felt was fake. The source continues, "Kim asked Faith, 'How would you say you love me when you trashed me in your book?'" Actor Dennis Da Menace, who played "D-Roc" in Notorious, and Devante Swing of Jodeci had to keep the two apart.

Bow Wow On His Way To Having Another Breakdown

Just a few months ago, Bow Wow had a little meltdown outside of 92Q in Baltimore. He was scheduled to do an interview on Off The Hook radio but couldn't make it in due to his break-down on his tour bus according to his camp.

Just last week, Soulja Boy had a little break-down and shared it on his Twitter acct.

Now, Bow Wow isn't sound to stable.

In his own Twitter update, Bow revealed boredom with life, being that he's seen so much, so soon. He says his fame and success has made his depressed more than its made him happy.

"Man I be gettn bored wit life. I wish I neva did and seen err thang so soon," the rapper wrote on Tuesday (July 7). "I have nuffn to look forward 2. I’m down more than I am happy."

Before signing off, his last two tweets read: "In a dark place! Goodbye."

LA Braces For Michael Jackson's Final Act; Star Studded Memorial

As LA braces for one last chance for Michael to be in the spotlight, the memorial service for the King of Pop is expected to be a star studded event.

Mariah Carey, John Mayer, Stevie Wonder and Jennifer Hudson are among the celebrity guests scheduled to attend Michael Jackson's memorial service, scheduled for 1 p.m.

The list was released Monday afternoon by the Jackson family's publicists, who called it "preliminary and subject to change."

One person not mentioned, however, was Jackson's former wife, Debbie Rowe, who announced she would not attend just hours after she was reportedly confirmed for two VIP seats.

Whether Jackson's family offered the tickets to Rowe or approved an initial request from her is unclear. A spokesman for the family did not comment.

Another notable absence: Jackson's friend Elizabeth Taylor, who said in her Twitter feed Monday afternoon that she will be mourning in private."I've been asked to speak at the Staples Center. I cannot be part of the public hoopla," Taylor wrote in a string of posts. "And I cannot guarantee that I would be coherent to say a word."

Michael Jackson's casket will be front and center during his star-studded memorial service today at the Staples Center in Los Angeles, the entertainment Web site TMZ reported this morning.

Jay Z Sends Shots From Las Vegas; The Game & Jim Jones Responds

During a recent tour stop in Las Vegas with Ciara, Jay Z wanted to act up a little bit since he was in Sin City. He dropped a controversial freestyle that took shots at Jaz-O, Jim Jones, and Damon Dash-just to name a few.

Steve McNair, and Woman Found Dead

I dont know about you but I am sick and tired of writing and talking about someone dying. I'm just praying for all of those who has lost someone recently.

I hate to say this, but when you chase tail when your in a committed relationship, this is what happens. Phrase of the day is: Be Faithful!

Former Baltimore Raven/Titans player Steve McNair and a 20-year-old woman police are calling "his friend," who was found shot to death alongside him in his downtown condominium.

McNair's body was discovered on a sofa in the living room Saturday with multiple gunshot wounds, including one to the head, according to the Associated Press. His friend, Sahel Kazemi, was very close to him on the floor, killed by a single gunshot. A pistol was discovered near her, but police said it took a while to find the firearm.

At EUR press time, Nashville police is calling McNair's death a homocide, but has not labeled Kazemi's. However speculation is centering on classifying the case a murder-suicide.


McNair and Kazemi apparently knew each other from a Dave & Buster's restaurant the quarterback and his family frequented, but workers there would not discuss their relationship. Police also refused to release any details about their relationship, simply calling Kazemi a "friend."


McNair is survived by 4 children and a wife.

Memorial Services For Michael Jackson Are FINALLY Set

Since the passing of Michael Jackson, everything surrounding his death and burial has seem to be a circus. One moment their saying his memorial services will be here....there....geez, just come on with it!

Finally, we have some concrete details. Lets hope things don't change again!

A free public memorial for Michael Jackson will be held Tuesday (July 7) at 10 a.m. PT at the Staples Center in Los Angeles. There will be 11,000 tickets distributed to the general public. PR firm Sunshine Sachs & Associates, hired to speak on behalf of the family, will hold a press briefing Friday (July 3) morning at 10 a.m. PT to announce details on how the public can register for tickets. I hope this doesn't happen, but why is something in the back of my mind saying that someone is going to try to make some $$ of these memorial tickets!

Drake should have just named his video, 'Best Clevage I Ever Had'-thats alll you see in his new video, Best I Ever Had, and TRUST there isn't ANYTHING wrong with that. Kanye West directed this vide.

Now that the video is out, I guess folks can't put the "Rihanna is in Drake's video" to bed!

Drake has been getting alot of slack for this video for all the T&A! Drake talks to Complex magazine about the video.

"The concept of the video is, I'm a coach at a high school and the girls of my life are all on my high school basketball team," he explained. "Throughout the video you see us prepping for this big championship game, and my team ends up losing. You see the looks on their faces at the end of the video, but the moral of the story, I guess, is win or lose, you can still be the best to somebody. When women see the video and see all the breast and ass, hopefully they don't take offense. Hopefully they see the real meaning."
