When i got the message about Mike Tyson being arrested, first thing came to mind was 'who ear did he bite'?


TMZ Reports:

"Mike Tyson FLOORED a paparazzo at LAX airport this evening! Reportedly, he was traveling with his 10 month old daughter when a pap got way too close to his face. Mike gave dude one good shot to the dome and blood was everywhere. Tyson was then arrested for battery. Here’s the lowdown:

We’re told Tyson was at a ticket counter at the United Airlines terminal when the incident occurred. The photographer got punched in the face, hit the ground, got up and began walking, leaving a trail of blood.

Someone at the scene tells TMZ … the photographer got very close to Tyson before the boxer struck him. Our guy on the scene says there’s blood on the ground and Mike was taken away in a squad car. We’re told an ambulance was dispatched at 4:39 PM to LAX — we’re told the paparazzo was transported to a local hospital.

If Tyson is prosecuted, given that he’s a former boxing champ, the charge could end up being assault with a deadly weapon."

UPDATE: Tyson’s rep says he was traveling with his 10-month old child when he was attacked by an overly aggressive paparazzi — adding the boxer acted in self-defense to protect his child.

Kanye West's 'Attack of The Paparazzi' Case Dismissed!

Things were beginning to go down-hill for Kanye West, but on Friday while Wayne was pleading guilty for gun-charges, West' paparazzi case was being dismissed.

Though he wasn't present in court on Friday, Yeezy's attorney, Blair Berk, appeared in court and argued in the rapper's defense.

Deputy L.A. City Attorney Felton Newell disputed the notion the case was overcharged, claiming the defendants acted with "reckless disregard," adding the video shows "an intent to commit a felony." Berk appeared without her client and noted that TMZ had settled its beef with Kanye because West paid for the camera he broke at LAX on Sept. 11, 2008. The judge agreed -- saying if TMZ didn't want to press charges, it didn't make a lot of sense to carry on with the case. In the end, the judge felt since the defendants enrolled in an anger management program, he said he'll dismiss the charges when they both serve 50 hours of community service. But he added Kanye's conduct was not acceptable. (TMZ)

It appears that the Carters got into a little scuffle with the paparazzi while vacationing in Croatia. Of course the rich and fab couple voyaged out on a private yacht into the waters and make visits on their mainland wherever they choose… well someone must’ve tipped the press that they were in town and the end result was Jay-z caught on camera flipping the bird to one of the camera men.

$100,000 For The Picture Of Rihanna & Chris Brown Together!

Paparazzi are scrambling at the opportunity to photograph Rihanna and Chris Brown together inorder to 'cash-in' on the photo worth now at least an estimated $100,000 dollars. According to reports, photo agencies on Monday, said that a photographer that gets the first photo of the celebrity couple could sell the photo of Chris Brown with his alleged assaulted girlfriend Rihanna for $100K or to the highest bidder, so long as they are both in the photo together. Reportedly the now infamous photo of the badly bruised and battered Rihanna was sold to celebrity gossip site TMZ for over $60,000. In previous news the two were supposedly both spotted recently entering the same jet plane in Miami and exiting the jet plane in L.A., but were photographed separately on both occasions. Meanwhile the paparazzi everywhere are arming themselves with the best of cameras, drinking extra coffee and energy shots so they don't slip at the opportunity to catch a photograph of the couple together.

KANYE WEST & PAPARAZZI JUST DON'T MIX!

Kanye West and the paparazzi just don't mix.

The rapper was arrested early Friday morning (November 14) in England for an allegedly incident involving a photographer outside a nightclub.

British media report that West was detained shortly after getting into a scuffle with a paparazzo outside the Tup Tup club in Newcastle, northern England.

The 31-year-old rapper was arrested later near his hotel, but then later released. While police declined to release West's name, they did confirm that a 31-year-old man had been arrested on suspicion of assault after an incident at a nightclub, and later released without charge.

The London Paper blog reports that the photographer claims he suffered a cut face and bruising after West pushed his camera into his face and shouted, "Get the f***ing camera off him."

Kanye West's camp did not comment on the incident.

Kanye Avoids Felony Charges

Kanye West and his road manager have avoided felony charges for their involvement in a scuffle with paparazzi at a Los Angeles airport.

Los Angeles County District Attorney's spokeswoman Sandi Gibbons says prosecutors handed the case down to city attorneys, who'll decide whether or not to charge him with a misdemeanor, reports the Associated Press. No reason was given as to why prosecutors decided against the felony charges.

The artist was arrested on Sept. 11 for suspicion of felony vandalism after he tussled with a photographer at L.A.X. and broke his camera flash on the floor. West's road manager, Don Crowley, was also arrested on suspicion he broke the photographer's camera, as well as video equipment belonging to TMZ.com.

City Attorney spokesman Frank Mateljan says a decision on a lesser charge isn't expected until next week.
