Former B2K Member Accused of Domestic Violence

Former B2K member J-Boog aka Jarell Damonte Houston was arrested and charged with domestic violence after an altercation with his baby mama in their L.A. home:

Law enforcement sources say the ex-boy bander was arrested late yesterday afternoon(Jan 4th) and charged with the crime of “corporal punishment on a spouse”. He also had outstanding warrants relating to an allegedly bad driving record.

Neighbors say they heard screaming in the house earlier in the day and when the authorities arrived, they rolled deep with about 6 or 7 squad cars.

According to TMZ, police stayed for about an hour and there was no confirmation on who else was involved. (SFTA)

J-Boog is unmarried and is reportedly still dating his baby mama, Jondelle (pictured below with their daughter).

Mary J Punches Kendu At Album Release Party?

What in the world is going on??? I'm laying in my bed and I started getting texts and emails asking me did 'Mary J punch Kendu at her husband at her album release party nite'? To my knowledge, no, BUT, one of Necole Bitchie readers, who was at the party, had a different story.

"I can’t believe no one is talking about Mary J Blige punching her husband Kendu in the face last night at M2 at her album release party!!!! Apparently mary’s brother got in an argument with some guys and kendu went over and got involved and had him (marys brother) kicked out the club. Mary was heated and she and Kendu got in an argument and she punched him in his face. This all happened in the vip section at M2. She was whisked away immediately and everyone was in disbelief because it was so in the open.

You know I wouldn’t even lie to you. This hilarious part is no one brought it up today on one blog or gossip news source. Its weird because I don’t know why its so under wraps. Vip was packed. Granted it was mad industry heads and a lot of people from her label so its not like they would put it on blast the way it would have had if it been in front of consumers but you know I couldn’t let it go"

Another story I'm hearing is...
The nine-times Grammy award winner was said to have his Kendu Isaacs after he purportedly tried to charm a waitress at club M2.

'She turned to him and was screaming, "You're not going to ruin my night",' the New York Post quoted a witness as saying.

'They got up in each other's faces before someone tried to separate them, at which point she shoved the guy aside, pulled back and popped [Isaacs] in the face,' the witness added.

The couple and their entourage were later led to a door to the attached club Pink.

The witness continued: 'She was yelling at him, "What are you gonna do, Chris Brown me?" Four of her bodyguards and two of the club's kept them apart.' (DailyMail)

However a representative for Blige denied the allegations, saying: 'People lie and don't know what they're talking about.'

All I have to say is that as long as Kendu didn't put his hands on Mary, then he is okay. Mary wasn't wrorng at all. But, you gotta love Mary because she still got that Y.O. in here...I love me some Mary! If you don't have her new album, go cop it. If you have it, go cop it again!

Chis Brown Under Investigation For Felony Battery

Chris Brown is under investigation for alleged domestic violence felony battery, the LAPD confirms.

"The identity of the victim will not be released," said Officer April Harding.

"Any victim who's involved in a domestic violence incident is entitled to confidentiality." Officer Harding added: "If police locate Brown, yes, he's subject to arrest."

Both Brown, 19, and girlfriend Rihanna, 20, were scheduled to perform at the Grammys, but this statement was released Sunday evening: "We have just been informed that Rihanna will not be attending tonight's 51st Annual Grammy Awards. We're sorry she is unable to join us this evening."

Around 12:30 a.m. on Sunday, the R&B singer and a woman were in a vehicle in L.A. when they became involved in an argument, according to a police statement. After stopping his car, Brown and the woman got out and the argument escalated. The LAPD received a 911 call reporting the disturbance. When officers arrived they found the victim, but Brown had already left the scene, the statement reads. The woman suffered visible injuries and identified Brown as her attacker, police say.

The LAPD is conducting an investigation into the incident. As for why this case is being investigated as a felony and not a misdemeanor, Officer Karen Smith explained "because there was visible injury on the victim. It can be as small as a scratch or much worse, as long as injuries are visible, it's considered a felony."

Minutes before the Grammy's were slated to start, it was confirmed that Rihanna and Chris Brown, both, would not be at the award show.

More to come ...
