RHOA's Kim Z More Than 'Tardy For The Party'

Real Housewives of Atlanta's own Kim Zolciak has more to worry about now than just being 'Tardy For The Party'!



Kim Zolciak is being sued by her music producer, forcing her to remove her new song Tardy for the Party from I-Tunes.

A source tells Radar Online, "This producer Don Vito is suing her for not paying him so she doesn't have the rights." The song had made the Top 10 on the I-Tunes Dance Chart.

Kim's official site was also down, possibly for the same reason.

Maybe she can remix her song to 'Tardy For The Payment'? I'm just sayin...Or maybe the 'Party' is just OVER!
