Video Recap: Mario Vs. Melo Celebrity Softball Game

This weekend in Baltimore belonged to the Kings of The City, Mario and Carmelo Anthony for their Mario vs. Melo Celebrity. Parties and Special events were held Thursday night and ran through Sunday night with proceeds going to their own charities.

Saturday's event included the Mario vs. Melo celebrity softball game. Some of the celebs that came out to support were Paula Campbell, Teyana Taylor, Mike Crosby, Porkchop, Mayor Shelia Dixon, and a few others.

LaLa, Tell 'Em Why You Mad Son!

La La Vazquez (the fiance' of Carmelo Anthony) became distressed during a heated playoff game (Nuggets vs. Mavs), after being verbally attacked by some opposing fans, who were using racial slurs, calling her child crude names and throwing ice cubes. She sent her son home early and was preparing to leave herself when she was physically pushed. Although shaken, she left the premises on her own will and is happy to be at home with her fiancée and child.

Team USA is kickin’ ass over in Bejing. The US is tied with China for the lead in the Medal count with 8 medals and counting. And the NBA Dream Team is running ish as well. Congrats to the Olympians.
