Details have now emerged in regards to MJ's autopsy. Apparently his body was riddled with needle marks and scars, and his head was virtually bald. His hips, thighs and shoulders were covered with needle wounds. When the wig was removed, his head was virtually bald with the exception of peach fuzz on his scalp. A mass of surgery scars were thought to be a result of at least 13 cosmetic operations.

The funeral is said to be scheduled for Wednesday. The Jackson family was said to be considering a private burial followed by a public remembrance ceremony to be televised live to a global audience later this week. Up to a million mourners from around the world are expected to flock to Los Angeles for Jackson's funeral. The memorial service could prove even bigger than that of Elvis Presley or Princess Diana. . Police barricades are currently up on Hayvenhurst Avenue in LA, where hundreds of Jackson fans have gathered outside the family house.

BET Scrambling For Michael Jackson Tribute?

With the 2009 BET Awards this Sunday, I know they are scrambling around trying to re-arrange their show in order to pay their respects to the GREAT Michael Jackson.

TV & Radio Personality, Egypt (www.egyptsaidso.com), shared her thoughts on who she thinks can best pull the tribute off.

Michael Jackson, the self-anointed "King of Pop" who revolutionized music but whose legacy was marred by allegations of child molestation and bizarre behavior, died after suffering cardiac arrest Thursday. He was 50 years old.

The Los Angeles Fire Department was called to Jackson's residence at 12:26 p.m. P.T., according to the Los Angeles Times. The paper reported that paramedics performed CPR on Jackson, who was not breathing when they arrived at his home. He was rushed to LA Medical Center, just six miles from his home.

Jackson's death comes less than a month before the start of a scheduled series of so-called comeback concerts. From July 13 to March 6, 2010, Jackson was scheduled to perform 50 sold-out concerts at London's O2 Arena.

Black Wall Street leader The Game recently updated fans on the process of his forthcoming The R.E.D. Album and challenged rappers to a weekly mixtape stand-off this summer. Now that Kelly Rowland has a new manager -- Jeff Rabhan, who also manages Kelis and Michele Branch -- she's sharing more about her split with former manager Matthew Knowles. Rowland tells celebrity columnist Chris Yandek, "I just felt like I wasn't growing anymore. It took a long time to actually come up with the final decision because it was something that you think about before when you feel like you're almost hitting a ceiling. I wanted a change. I needed a change."

R. Kelly is joining the already crowded September release roster -- his 14th studio disc is reportedly set to hit stores that month. Originally titled 12 Play: Fourth Quarter, the set will now be called Untitled. The first single is slated to be a re-worked version of the raunchy "Number-One Sex."

Ray J Is Looking For Love Again

As if we thought Season 1, his search for love really was gonna work. Why won't he put what he is really looking for on the show-guys! Hell-O!

Ray J will sift through another gaggle of women to find one suitable girlfriend as part of VH1's newly-announced "For The Love of Ray J 2."

During season one of the reality show, Brandy's little brother chose Cocktail - but, as expected, the relationship didn't last.

So again, Ray J will be "looking for women with confidence, personality and class that can handle the pressure of being with a superstar and turn him into a one-woman man."

Mary J Defends Auto-Tune: You Do What You Do, I Do What I Do

Could auto-tune be the cause of the clash between the King & Queen? Mary J Blige speaks out about Jay Z's 'Death of Autotune' .

MJB spoke to Angie Martinez on Hot 97 says and made it clear that 'The One' where Mary uses auto-tune, isn't indicative of the rest of her upcoming album.

"This whole album I've done is Mary," Blige said Thursday (June 11) as a guest on Angie Martinez's New York radio show.

Blige said "The One" introduces the world to "Crazy Mary." "It was for effect," she said of using Auto-Tune. "I wanted 'Crazy Mary' to get her shine on. She couldn't get her shine with my regular voice. I used the effect. I used it as a telephone effect or reverb."

Blige said she's indifferent to the whole Auto-Tune debate in the wake of Jay-Z's "D.O.A."

"I won't say that it bothers me, because people do what they have to do," she told Martinez. "I can't pass judgment. Everyone else does what they do, and everyone has their own opinion. To each his own. Do what you do, because I do what I do.

Blige also talked about the now-infamous Internet footage of her stepdaughter punching Charles Hamilton in the jaw. Briana Latrise, who is Hamilton's ex-girlfriend, punched him in the face during a rap battle when the MC got a little too disrespectful.

"I feel really bad," said Blige, who questioned why the incident was put on the Net. "It doesn't make me proud to see her doing things like that."

Chris Brown Gets Threats, and Denied; Rihanna Gets Subpoenaed

For Chris Breezy, sh*t is getting real in the field like Holyfield.

Word on the street is that Chris is "paranoid". According to the Chicago Sun-Times, after receiving what’s considered legitimate death threats following his February 8th incident with Rihanna., Brown has had to step up his security detail. A source says the threats have made Brown “totally paranoid,” especially considering there have been “indications the potential assassin could be disguised as a paparazzi.”


Billboard is reporting that Chris Brown lost a bid to delay a preliminary hearing in his assault case, which his attorney argued should wait for a related California Supreme Court decision. Court records show the appeal was rejected Tuesday (June 9); no reason was given.

At the hearing, Rihanna will be present. Representatives from the L.A. district attorney's office placed a subpoena in Rihanna's hand Tuesday during a prearranged meeting at her attorney’s office, lawyer Donald Etra said. The order requires the 21-year-old performer to show up to the downtown courthouse June 22, but it is not a guarantee that she will testify.

It's Official-Usher & Tameka File For Divorce?

From the jump, this relationship didnt seem to stable anyway. Hell-O how do you think something is gonna work out if your stealing another woman's man? Either way, married or divorced-Tameka is gonna be just fine!

According to a report from In Touch, the singer and wife have been living separately for nearly a year now, and as of Thursday morning (June 11), Ursh filed divorce papers.

Right now, a source close to the family confirmed the split, and says Usher's main concern is his children. He has two with Tameka -- 17-month old Usher Raymond V, and 6-month old Naviyd Eli.

"Usher's primary concern is for his children," the source said. "He is a great father and just wants to do what is right for them."

With Usher being spotted earlier this week with the new woman, this does seem believeable. Not to mention, the other problems that this marriage has seen.

According to the Atlanta-Journal Constitution, there is no divorce filing in the Atlanta court system….

“Atlanta-based pop star Usher and his wife, Tameka Foster, have not filed for divorce.
The celebrity magazine In Touch, quoting anonymous sources, announced that Usher and his wife had filed divorce papers in Fulton Superior Court Thursday morning, prompting a flood of media inquiries to the clerk’s office.

No such filing was found in a check of court records, however.”

Lauryn Hull Cancels European Tour

I wanna file this under 'I KNEW THAT SH&T WASN'T GONNA HAPPEN'.....

Lauryn Hill has canceled all of her tour dates that were scheduled for Stokholm Jazz Music festival, citing health reasons.

A spokesperson for the festival said Hill canceled all dates including Sweden, Greece, the Netherlands, Poland, Germany, Italy, Switzerland, France, and Austria.


Stockholm Jazz Festival spokeswoman Liisa Tolonen says the artist's agent informed the festival late Tuesday that all performances in Europe by the former Fugees singer have been canceled...Tolonen said Wednesday the agent cited health reasons for the cancellation but declined to give more details.

BET announced yesterday that Jay-Z will be added to the lineup of performers for the June 28 BET Awards.

Jay Z joins his wife Beyonce, as well as Kanye West, the Dream, Maxwell, Ne-Yo and others on the performance roster. Queen Latifah will also host an afterparty broadcast immediately following the live ceremony.

He recently stopped by The Angie Martinez show on Hot 97 and announced that he is planning a concert to celebrate his upcoming album "Blueprint 3" on the Sept. 11 date of its release.

“It’s the date the first one came out and it was a horrible date in our history. I have a wonderful idea for a show, proceeds are gonna go to charity. You know, just bring it full circle. I have a historic venue in mind, I’m gonna bring some artists out. It’s gonna be big.”

He also talked about what is up with him NOT cutting his hair (a question we've all wondered what in the hell was going on).

“When I make music, I normally don’t cut my hair,” Jay explained “I started [working on Blueprint 3] last year and it’s getting really bad. It’s terrible. But I think for the art, I can live with it. A lot of girls kind of like,” he added, joking. “So I’m trying to hold onto it. I’m trying to elongate the album.”

Usher Caught Dead In His Tracks!

I can't take claims for this one! The one first for reporting this story is my girl Egypt!

Over the weekend, Usher was seen bringing a woman out of his Los Angeles hotel room at one o’clock in the morning. Usher’s people claim that it was just a business meeting and the woman was just Usher’s “product manager.”

According to sources the woman in question is a 42 year old Def Jam executive named Grace Miguel who is married to video production company owner, Lou Miguel of Box Fresh Films.

That’s odd because Usher’s label is Arista, not Def Jam. So was he creeping on Tameka or planning to bounce from his label??? Insiders say that they are officially over and that Usher plans to file for separation in the coming days.

Usher REALLY has this thing for older women. My rule for dating cougars, PLEASE let them be cute. Hell, thats my rule for dating anyone. Maybe it's the glasses that not showing her best?

Drake Reveals He's Writing For Rihanna, Responds To Kissing Rumors

So he say's he's writing for Rihanna, I wonder what else he is doing for her?

When asked about his relationship with Rihanna as to whether or not it is strictly business or also personal, Drake seemed to be all smiles as he spoke candidly revealing “we’re young” and just “having fun.”

Kelis Blast Cheaters On Twitter...

Now even though Nas name wasn't mentioned in her Twitter-rage, we cant act like Nas wasn't the "elephant in the room"!

The ugliness continues in the very public break-up between hip-hop power couple Nas and Kelis.

Just this week, Kelis took to Twitter for a few posts where she put "scumbag coward husbands" and "less than impressive sluts" on blast.

In an update posted on Thursday (June 4), she goes off. While she never mentions Nas by name, the singer seems to imply that the rapper is one of the cheaters she is addressing.

As reported by Rap-Up.com, here's a few things Kelis had to say:"This lovely day I would like to touch on cheaters. ... Why be cowardly, why not go after what you really want? Do people know what they want? Probably not, which just goes into know and respecting one's self."

"Also we can discuss whores, I mean the nasty, sub-par tricks that participate in the cheating. Well let me say this, both parties are gross. And in reality they deserve each other."

As mentioned, Nas is rumored to have cheated on Kelis, ultimately resulting in the singer filing for divorce. She says he can "go down in flames".

"All the scumbag coward husbands and the less than impressive sluts unite! You can all go down in flames together! Hooray! Who's disgusted and bitter? LOL, not I said the cat! Wink wink."
"No seriously I have no [patience] for any of it, but the problem is women usually blame the women. I am here to say the husband is way more at fault. Now of course the woman/women who partake are stupid and pitiful. And honestly I will say it's expected from younger girls 23 and under."

Later, she calls for women to step up to the plate.

"But after that I do think as women we need to take more responsibility. Men are driven by something different than we are. And that's generally stupidity. Don't worry, we still love you guys. We just have to be smarter."

Drake Threatens To Sue Over Unauthorized Album Release

Drake is reportedly seeking legal action after an unauthorized compilation album featuring his music was released for sale via iTunes late last month.

The retail project contains various cuts from his popular mixtape So Far Gone.

An unauthorized album called The Girls Love Drake, which features selections from the Toronto rapper's mixtape and other tracks, was released May 28th by a label called Canadian Money Entertainment and distributed by the Independent Online Distribution Alliance (IODA) on iTunes, Rhapsody and Amazon. Drake's camp, which is still trying to clear the samples on So Far Gone and his two other mixtapes in hopes of selling them in stores, says it didn't authorize the release. If it hadn't been disqualified on the grounds that it wasn't confirmed as being an official album, The Girls Love Drake would have debuted this week at No. 101 on the Billboard 200, No. 16 on the Digital Albums chart and No. 1 on the Heatseekers tally.

Drake's manager, Al Branch, has addressed the album's national release.

"This is a straight bootleg, a scandal. We are behind promoting records at radio, but haven't sold it," Branch said in a statement. "iTunes position is that they are a store and they stock everything. They have a waiver and as long as people sign it and are responsible for the product they submit, then they go for it."

Jay Z Tops The Source Magazine 'Power 30'

Unfortunately, Hov couldn't top 'Forbes Celebrity 100 list, but he did come in at number 1 on Source magazine's 'Power 30'.


Jay-Z is ranked No. 1 on Source magazine's new Power 30 list, which honors the top 30 power players in hip hop culture, business, politics, entertainment and lifestyle. The publication says Jigga rules the roost because he's an industry leader and a top businessman - with ventures including Live Nation, his clothing line Rocawear, and his part-ownership of the New Jersey Nets. Other Power 30 list-makers include Diddy, 50 Cent, Lil Wayne, will.i.am, Snoop Dogg, T-Pain and Kimora Lee Simmons. President Barack Obama also made the list because of his influence on the new hip-hop generation.

LA Reid Not Sure Of Amerie's Future On Def Jam???

I said it, Amerie might as well keep those pretty legs up in Europe. Not recently signing to Def Jam, the former Columbia Records artist' future at Def Jam, not so certain.

As Amerie readies the release of her Def Jam debut 'In Love & War' (due August), it has been revealed in a new Billboard article about the project that the label's head LA Reid was about to drop her just last month! Check out the report below:

After a two-year hiatus, singer/songwriter Amerie has announced the release of her Def Jam debut, "In Love & War," which will be available in August. The lead single, "Why R U," will be serviced June 15th, with an accompanying video directed by Ray Kay (The-Dream, Lady Gaga) premiering June 8th on BET.

Producers on the album include Teddy Riley, Sean Garrett, Eric Hudson, Jim Jonsin, Rico Love and The Buchanans, who helmed the first single -- the track that allegedly made Def Jam labelhead Antonio "L.A." Reid reconsider dropping Amerie from the label just last month. So far, no collaborations have been announced.

Amerie might wanna ask Janet Jackson,Jermaine Dupri, and Shakir Stewart (may he R.I.P) how things happen when LA Reid don't get what he wants.
